- Deploy updates and fixes
- Provide Level 2 technical support
- Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
- Perform root cause analysis for production errors
- Investigate and resolve technical issues
- Develop scripts to automate visualization
- Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
- Bachelor's degree. Computer Science Degree Preferred.
- 1 to 2 years experience work as Developer (Back end Preferred)
- Having knowledge or experience with Linux and Cloud (AWS, DigitalOcean), Git, Docker/Kubernetes
- Having solid experience with some programming languages like Python/Php, RPX(Apache/Nginx), SQL Server, Elasticsearch/SolrCloud, Caching Engine is a big plus
- Having knowledge about CI/CD and Cluster system is a big plus
