• Job Summary Together with Project Marketing Manager develop and execute the Project Marketing strategy of the all Brands to achieve defined business objectives (KPIs) and responsible for ensuring the proper development, execution and benchmarking of all programs designed to increase brands visibility and gain the market share from competitor in Southern region

• Duties & Responsibilities Cooperate and work closely with Key Accounts in implementing marketing activities of projects which having company's products Leading project marketing activities by cooperating with brand teams and sales teams to build up successful joint marketing strategy and plan with Key Accounts in Southern region Creating project marketing tools and communication Assist Project Marketing Manager in related jobs Assist Sales teams in meeting with customers to enhance sales result Help to strengthen relationship with architect and designers Develop, manage and execute marketing strategies and tactics targeting B2B customers in Southern region 

• Requirements

- The job requires an ability to do creative jobs and design

- Experience in Marketing of real estate companies or building material companies is an advantage

- Communication skills (English), spoken and written

- Bachelor Degree in relevant areas

- Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Photoshop
