§ Responsible for procedures related to Timekeeping and HR Software including but not limited to:
- Accuracy calculating and checking the attendance data for employees
- Make daily/weekly/monthly report of timesheet, overtime hours and payroll data
- Consult the leader about the solution and shifts to ensure total overtime hours as required by Law and absence situation
- Monitor distinctive parts’ rostered shifts according to the Law requirements
- Update and control Annual leave for employees
- Control the Attendance system and check the difference between system data and actual data
- Control the accuracy payroll, keep the deadline of payment for salary
- Make sure C&B database updated accurately and timely on HR Software
- Responsible for handling and fixing issues related to HR Sofware/Internal Server
- Participate in improving and developing of C&B procedures, processes and supporting tools for HR Department
- Predict the trend based on the attendance data and suggest the solutions
- Make C&B reports; perform C&B analyses and projects as required

+ Experience & Expertise (Kinh nghiệm & Khả năng chuyên môn)
- Male/Female, from 25~30 years old
- University graduation in Human Resources/Bussiness Administration/Accounting/Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields
- At least 1 - 2 experienced year at the same position (preferred in Manufacturing company)
