Job description

a.Recruitment
• Supervise the recruiting team (2 headcount) and report on its performance.
• Manage the entire recruitment life cycle of talent sourcing, identification, interview and offering candidates who apply for the job of Financial Service Consultant (FSC).
• Identify good candidates from various sources to fill any hiring demands.
• Propose and implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting,..).
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
• Do salary market research & recruitment trends.
• Take action to improve recruitment quality to meet short and long term resources needs.
• Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g, conversion rate, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire).
• Others Administrative tasks: Daily update recruitment system, weekly update recruitment report to Manager, ...
b. Employer Branding
• Create with ideas to increase and enhance the employer brand.
• Plan and strategic activities to share working life and culture at the company through videos, photos, contents, ... via social media: Facebook, Linkedin, ...
• Develop contents and graphics to promote core EVP via Career page, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube or other -potential social medias to attract, engage and hire potential talents.
• Manage accounts such as Facebook page, LinkedIn, recruitment websites to maintain the image / brand of the Company.
c. Others
• Support in enhancement for Recruitment system (ATS)
• Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

    • At least 3 years experiences of working in the same industry or role.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
    • Strong decision-making skills.
    • Multitasking
    • Ability to report properly and promptly
