• Manage junior developers
• Project management
• Design development plan, schedule and resource
• Develop the in-house management system
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
• Write well designed, testable, efficient source code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
• Solve complex performance problems and architecture challenges
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and optimization
• Actively allocate, control work, and report to superiors.
• Participate in doing research and give suggestions to improve product quality.
• Have an understanding of object-oriented programming

Must have: 

• Development experience in any language of PHP / Java / JavaScript (from implementation to test)
• Good communication skill in Japanese (from N3 level)
• Multi-person development experience using VCS (Git, Subversion, etc.)
• Team management experience and leadership skill

Nice to have:

• Software design experience and knowledge of Windows development (.NET)
